Cost options and terms of booking

New pricing structure effective from 1st May 2025:

1.        One block of six classes (one class at the same time each week) for £60 (a “Block Booking”). The conditions of a Block Booking are:

a.        A Block Booking must be paid for seven days before the first class of the six. The remaining five classes will then run consecutively until the sixth class has taken place.

b.       No carry-over, credits or refunds under any circumstances, save for the class not going ahead due to instructor unavailability. If you cannot attend the re-arranged class, you will be refunded £10 for the re-arranged class.

c.        As is the case now, any class may be covered by an alternative instructor.

d.       Once a Block Booking has been confirmed, your space on the classes is secured for six weeks, no need to secure a space via the poll. You will still need to confirm your attendance via the poll in the WhatsApp community group, by midnight on the Sunday before each class for records of registration purposes. You are able to remove yourself from the register at any point, but AMB Physio-Pilates kindly asks you to inform her if you are sure you will not be attending one of your sessions within the block, for example if you are abroad, to allow the space to be offered to a drop-in client for this particular session.

e.        The Block Booking option equates to £10 per class. It offers those who can commit to six weeks of Pilates a guaranteed place on six consecutive classes at a discounted rate for their advanced commitment compared to the drop in price. Attending 5 out of 6 sessions within a 6 week block payment, equates the same cost as attending 5 drop in payments (£60) but guarantees your place, unlike the drop in option.

2.        A drop-in fee of £12 (a “Drop-In”). The conditions of a Drop-In are:

a.        The remaining places available in the class each week (after block bookers have confirmed their attendance) will be released in the WhatsApp community, via a poll in each of the group polls (4.45pm and 5.45pm class). Please ensure you join the group via the link in the group description in order to see the poll. After you secure a spot on the poll, you must make immediate payment.

b.       If you cancel your attendance more than 24 hours before the class start time, you can carry over one credit to the following week only, for either of the two class times, subject to securing a space on one of those classes. If you fail to secure a space on either class, you will lose your credit. Unfortunately, the time it would take AMB Physio-Pilates to manually keep track of credits beyond the following week is not viable and cannot make exceptions for individuals.

c.        If you cancel your attendance less than 24 hours before the class start time, for any reason whatsoever, you will lose your payment or credit and cannot carry this over to another class. Please do not ask AMB Physio-Pilates to consider your reasons for cancelling as it is not workable or fair to make individual exceptions to this rule and it is essential to have a cancellation policy to have a sustainable small business.

d.        Your space on any class is not guaranteed until you secure a space on the poll and make payment. A Drop-In is available on a first-come-first-served basis and once all the spaces are occupied, you must then add to the waiting list. The waiting list is live and also operates on a first come first served basis, therefore anyone from the waiting list can take a place if it becomes available.

Current 6 week block start date: 6/05/2025- 10/06/2025. Closing date for this block option is: 28/04/2025 and deadline for payment is 29/04/2025.

Each 6 week block will be bookable from two weeks prior to the start date of that 6 week block, and deadline for payment will be 1 week prior to the block starting.
